Delivery Information:
Same day delivery: Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 1:00 PM CT.
Timed deliveries: We can only guarantee timed delivery requests if the order is for a funeral service or if it's going to a business. For all other orders, we can not guarantee timed deliveries, however we certainly will do our best to accommodate your request!
Delivery fee: Our delivery fee is $14.99.
Base delivery: We do have base access and we can deliver to NAS Pensacola and NETC Corry Station!

We always do our best to preserve the element of surprise, but there are times when our driver may need to contact the recipient to complete the delivery. Having a phone number helps ensure your flowers are delivered successfully.
Substitution policy:
Our goal is to create arrangements with the freshest, highest quality blooms we can offer for each arrangement we send! While we will always maintain the look, feel, and style of the arrangements pictured here, we may have to make substitutions for the specific flowers shown. It depends on the season and the availability of the flowers/vases from our suppliers. If there are specific flowers that you would like included, please give us a call at (850) 465-3511, and we will do our best to ensure that they are included!
